When will my items ship?
Since everything is made to order, shipping is handled through a separate vendor - and they dictate shipping prices and timing. Expect ship times between 1-2 weeks MAX as we have to manufacture the apparel to order. For preorders: apparel will ship prior to physical CDs. Thanks for your patience!
Can I return my items?
All The Parallel apparel and merchandise is 100% made to order, so unfortunately we can’t accept returns due to the bespoke nature of the products, and all sales are final.
